Privacy Policy
This policy explains how anvastiQ ("we", "us"), the company that publishes and operates MyCentreKey, handles personal data when you use our management platform for tutoring and education centres, or this website.
011. Who we are
MyCentreKey is a software product published by anvastiQ, a company based in Morocco. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us via WhatsApp at +212 724 162 113.
022. Who is responsible for which data
Each centre that uses MyCentreKey is responsible for the data it enters about its students, their parents or guardians, its teachers and the people on its waiting list: the centre decides what to enter, corrects it and deletes it. anvastiQ handles that data on the centre's behalf, only to run the service. anvastiQ is responsible for the account data of centre staff and for this website.
033. Data we handle
(a) Staff accounts: name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form, unreadable even to us), role and language. Name, email and password are required: without them no account can be created. (b) Data the centre enters: students (name, date of birth if provided, phone, email, level, notes), parents or guardians (name, phone, email, address), teachers (name, contact details, pay), groups, schedules, attendance, invoices, payments, expenses and the waiting list. (c) Technical data: the IP address used to sign in, kept in memory for 15 minutes to block repeated password guessing, and technical error reports.
044. How we use this data
We use this data only to provide the service, give technical support, keep the platform secure and meet our legal obligations. We never sell data, we don't run ads, and we send no marketing messages to the people centres register.
055. Who receives the data
Only the following receive data: the centre's staff, according to each person's role; the anvastiQ team, only to give support or fix a problem; Hostinger, which hosts the database on a server located in France; Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), which receives technical error reports from the browser and the server, stores them in the European Union (Germany), and is set up to collect neither IP addresses nor cookies. An error report may include information about the page involved. WhatsApp reminders are not sent by MyCentreKey: the button opens WhatsApp on the staff member's device with a prepared message, and the centre chooses whether to send it from its own account.
066. Transfers outside Morocco
Data is hosted in France and error reports are stored in Germany. Both countries are in the European Union and apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
077. Security
Each centre can only reach its own data, and access depends on each user's role. Passwords are hashed, the connection to the database is encrypted, and a session ends automatically when an account is deleted or loses its access. No transmission over the internet is completely safe: data travelling over an open network could in theory be intercepted.
088. Data retention
Staff accounts: until they are deleted. Centre data: for as long as the centre uses the service; the centre can correct or delete its records at any time and decides what it keeps. After the subscription ends, it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless the law requires a longer retention period. Sign-in IP addresses: 15 minutes. Error reports: deleted automatically after a limited period.
099. Your rights
Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data gives you the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing for legitimate reasons. If you are a student, parent, guardian or teacher, send your request to your centre: it manages your data, and we help it respond. If you have a MyCentreKey account, contact us via WhatsApp. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we respond within the time limits set by law. You can also contact the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

Our site only uses technical cookies it needs to work: login session, form protection, language preference and sidebar state. We use no advertising cookies and no visitor-tracking tools.

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
