This Privacy Policy explains how Anvastiq ("we", "us", "our"), the company that publishes and operates MyCentreKey, collects, uses, and protects data when you use our management platform for tutoring and education centres.
1. Who we are
MyCentreKey is a software product published by Anvastiq, a company based in Morocco. For any question about this policy, you can reach us via WhatsApp or the other contact details at the bottom of this page.
2. Data we collect
We collect two categories of data: (a) account data for a centre's administrators and staff (name, email, phone number); and (b) data the centre enters as part of running its business (students, guardians, teachers, groups, attendance, invoices, and payments). This second category belongs to the client centre, which remains responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness.
3. How we use this data
We use data only to provide, maintain, and improve the service, to deliver technical support, and to meet our legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Sharing your data
Your data may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly necessary to run the service, under confidentiality commitments equivalent to this policy.
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
6. Data retention
Data is retained for the duration of your subscription, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after cancellation, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
7. Your rights
In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, object to, and delete your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us directly.
8. Cookies
Our site only uses technical cookies necessary for it to function (language preference, login session). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
