Your centre's data, handled with care.

Everything you enter (students, guardians, teachers, attendance, invoices and payments) remains your centre's property. You can ask us for an export or for deletion at any time.

Every record belongs to one centre, and every page and action only reads data from the centre you're signed into. If you run several centres, switching centre switches everything you see.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, a one-way method. Nobody can read your password back, not even us.

Each person has a role in each centre. The payments page, expenses, net income and teacher pay are for admins only, while managers handle the day-to-day work.

The dashboard requires signing in. Every action checks your session before it reads or changes anything, and admin-only actions check your role too.

An invoice's status is always worked out from the payments recorded, never typed in by hand. Saved teacher pay months never change, and a teacher can never be paid more than what's owed.

We're alerted automatically when something breaks, so we can fix it quickly. Error reports are set up not to collect personal details such as IP addresses or cookies.

We handle personal data under Law No. 09-08. You can access, correct, object to and delete your data by contacting us.
