Set a price per level and subject once: at every enrollment, the amount fills itself in. You can always change it, for a discount or a free month.

The invoice is created at enrollment and at every renewal, and follows the student's start date. As a PDF with your centre's logo, the payments already received and what's left to pay: enough to answer a parent in a minute.

A parent pays half today and the rest at the end of the month? Record each payment when it comes in, in cash, by cheque or by transfer. The invoice stays partially paid until it's settled.

Every day, the list of students who are late paying or haven't renewed yet. One click to call the parent or send them a ready-written WhatsApp message with the student's name, the group and the amount.

A group is full? Put the person on the waiting list, even before they're a student. When 7 people are waiting for the same level and subject, you get an alert: time to open a group.

Add the school holidays in one go: no classes are created on those days. Cancel a single class when a teacher is away, and add an extra one when a group needs to catch up.

Per student, by the hour or as a share of what the group billed: each teacher's pay is worked out every month, with a payslip PDF. A finished month never changes.
