What changes in your centre
Every course, every level
Add your courses as subjects, and your levels with the names you already use: beginner, advanced, level 1 or 2. Each group has its course, level, trainer, room and timetable.
Adult learners
A parent is optional: an adult signs up with their own phone number. You follow up with the learner directly, by phone or on WhatsApp with a message that's already written.
Courses paid month by month
An invoice at sign-up and at every renewal, counted from the day the learner starts. They pay in one go or in instalments, in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer, and every invoice downloads as a PDF with your centre's logo.
Attendance for every class
Mark each learner present, absent, late or excused in a few clicks. You keep each learner's history and each group's attendance rate, month by month.
Trainers paid by the hour or by percentage
By the hour for every class taught, per learner, or as a percentage of what the group billed: each trainer's pay is worked out every month, with a PDF payslip. A finished month never changes.
Open a new group when the demand is there
Put everyone who's interested on the waiting list, even for a course you don't run yet. When 7 people are waiting for the same course at the same level, you get an alert: time to open a group.
Evenings and weekends, no double bookings
One computer room and lots of groups at the end of the day? While you build the timetable, MyCentreKey warns you as soon as a room or a trainer is already taken.
What the centre really earns
Record rent, bills, equipment and staff. Trainer pay is added to your expenses automatically, and you see the month's net result: money collected minus money spent.
