Run your language centre, from A1 to C2.

Add your languages as subjects and your own levels: A1 to C2, DELF or IELTS preparation, or the names your centre already uses. Each group has its language, level, teacher, room and timetable.

A learner starts on the 17th? Their first invoice and every renewal run from the 17th, not the 1st of the month. Each learner keeps their own cycle.

A parent is optional: an adult signs up with their own phone number, a child with their parent's. You follow up with the learner or their parent, by phone or on WhatsApp.

An invoice at every enrollment and renewal, paid at once or in instalments, in cash, by cheque or by transfer. Late payments show up on their own, and every invoice downloads as a PDF with your centre's logo.

The waiting list also takes languages you don't teach yet. When 7 people are waiting for the same language at the same level, you get an alert, and you open the group once the demand is there.

Every class taught counts, a cancelled one doesn't. One rate per teacher or a different rate for one group, and a rate change never rewrites past months. A payslip PDF every month.
