These Terms of Service govern access to and use of MyCentreKey, a software product published by Anvastiq. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Description of the service
MyCentreKey is a management platform for tutoring and education centres, covering enrollment, scheduling, attendance, and billing.
2. Creating an account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3. Subscription and billing
MyCentreKey offers three plans: Starter (199 DH/month), Growth (399 DH/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). The subscription is monthly with no fixed-term commitment, and the first month is free under the current launch offer. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
4. Payment methods
Payment can be made in cash, by check, or by bank transfer, according to the arrangements agreed with our team.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, at no cost and without penalty, by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
6. Ownership of your data
All data you enter into MyCentreKey (students, teachers, attendance, invoices, and so on) remains your property. You can request an export or deletion of it at any time.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use MyCentreKey in compliance with the law and not to attempt to compromise the security or operation of the service.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We cannot be held responsible for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Anvastiq's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the subscription over the preceding twelve months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version currently in force is always available on this page.
