Three ways to pay
Per student: a fixed amount for each student billed in the group that month. By the hour: every class taught counts, a cancelled class doesn't. By percentage: a share of what the group billed that month.

One rate per teacher, or per group
Give each teacher a default rate, and a different rate for a particular group when the deal isn't the same. A rate change applies from its own date, without rewriting past months.

Months that stay put
Each month is saved automatically once it's over, and never changes after that. During the current month, you see an estimate of what will be owed.

Paid, never overpaid
Record each payment to a teacher: MyCentreKey never accepts more than what's owed. Every month has its PDF payslip, and pay is added to the centre's expenses automatically.
